Return Policy
Exchanges and store credits
You must notify JTY Singapore within 30 days of intent to return goods and goods and we will provide you with shipping address and return details. Please contact us at info@jty.sg or +65 8859 5279. All goods must be received in a new and unused condition (including packaging) within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or credit to be issued. You will be responsible for any shipping on change of mind exchanges.
Return Policy Refunds
Important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from JTY Singapore Online Shop:
- We can provide a refund for change of mind if you contact us within 14 days of purchase please contact us on info@jty.sg or +65 8859 5279.
- All goods must be received in a new and unused condition (including packaging) within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or credit to be issued.
- You will be responsible for any shipping on change of mind exchanges.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from JTY SIngapore online shop can be return and refund. JTY products purchased from other retailer stores must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Please ensure the returning items is repackaged with all the parts and additional free items that is included when you received it.
- * Products damaged after the delivery and due to misused are INELIGIBLE for return and refund.
Faulty Goods
Whilst ever attempt is undertaken to ensure your goods arrive in perfect conditions, occasionally this does not happen. You must contact JTY Singapore within 48 hours to advise us of damaged for faulty goods. Please contact our online store at info@jty.sg or +65 8859 5279 for return postage details and please send us photos of the damaged item. This is at no charge to you. A new item will be sent to you as soon as returned goods are received and assessed.

Please note that Sale items cannot be returned other than as required by Law.
How to Return

- After your return has been accepted.
- Repackaging all the parts that you wish to return.

*Make sure to use a trackable shipping for the return and once you have send out the goods please email us the tracking number so we can track the item. We will process the refund payment after we have receive the goods.
