You are subject to the Terms and conditions of use, by using this website, whitemagic.biz, belonging to JTY Imports / Exports Pty Limited, 22 Raynham St, Salisbury, QLD, Australia. You must read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in order to use the website. They are for your protection and outline our obligations to you, the client. Registration

Customers may elect to register their billing details with JTY, this allows for a faster process when you order next time.
Please note JTY does not store credit card details. Customers will be required to re-enter this information for each new order.

Free shipping (within Australia) for orders over $100

JTY offers free delivery Australia-wide for items providing you spend $100 or more in one transaction.

Shipping Methods and Fees

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post E-parcel. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery.
Standard shipping with Australia Post is a flat rate of AU$12.95 per order, except where free shipping is advertised on www.whitemagic.biz.

Estimated delivery times

METRO AREAS (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, and Hobart): 2 – 7 business days.
NON-METRO AREAS: 3 – 10 business days.
Please allow up to 5 extra days during sale periods.

Multiple shipments

All items will be sent in one shipment as soon as all products are available (you will be contacted if product is not available within our standard shipping times). If you require multiple shipments, please contact White Magic on info@whitemagic.biz. 1300 306 380 so we can assist you. Multiple shipments will incur additional charges.

Stock availability

Please be aware that we are receiving online orders 24 hours a day, therefore the item you have selected may have sold out between updates of stock availability on the website.
If the item you have selected has sold out we will attempt to contact you immediately on the email address and telephone numbers provided with your order to advise of approximate availability of stock.

Delivery of your goods within Australia

All parcels will require someone to sign for the good upon delivery. Where possible it is preferable to use a business address where someone is available to sign. This will ensure fast delivery of your goods and avoid delays. If you are unavailable for signing of goods you may be required to collect these from an Australia Post outlet as nominated by Australia Post.
You may elect to provide delivery instructions and an “authority to leave”. Please only do this if there is a secure area to do so. JTY are not responsible for your order once it has been delivered with your authority to leave or not signed for by someone at your premises.
JTY takes no responsibly for goods left at an unattended site.

Credit Cards

JTY Accept Visa, Mastercard via secure online facility.
If a credit card has been declined at the time of entry JTY will not receive any notification of the order having being placed.
Please note that we do not store credit card details. Registered customers will be required to re-enter these for each new transaction.
In some instances, to protect you from Credit card fraud JTY may require further verification information to be provided. A staff member will be in contact with you should this be required. Examples include but are not limited to, multiple declining of card for an order, delivery address unable to be verified, high valued items.

Exchanges and store credits

If you are unhappy with an item you can return it for an exchange, store credit can be issued for use over the next 12 months from date of original purchase.
You must notify JTY within 30 days of intent to return goods and goods and we will provide you with shipping address and return details. Please contact us at info@whitemagic.biz or 1300 306 380. All goods must be received in a new and unused condition (including packaging) within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or credit to be issued. You will be responsible for any shipping on change of mind exchanges.

Refunds

We can provide a refund for change of mind if you contact us within 14 days of purchase on info@whitemagic.biz or 1300 306 380. All goods must be received in a new and unused condition (including packaging) within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or credit to be issued. You will be responsible for any shipping on change of mind exchanges. Refunds are only available via our online store and are NOT possible via a JTY store.

Faulty Goods

Whilst ever attempt is undertaken to ensure your goods arrive in perfect conditions, occasionally this does not happen. You must contact JTY within 48 hours to advise us of damaged for faulty goods. Please contact our online store at info@whitemagic.biz or 1300 306 380 for return postage details. This is at no charge to you. A new item will be sent to you as soon as returned goods are received and assessed.

Sale Items

Please note that Sale items cannot be returned other than as required by Law.
